IFSA and APEX are teaming up again to produce the popular Higher Hospitality trend booklets and you are invited to contribute.


The April/May 2019 edition will focus on all things plant-based!

· What does the trend toward plant-based living mean for airline catering?

· How are catering managers responding to the changing food and beverage landscape in their menus?

· How does introducing new kinds of food onboard affect the packaging, labeling, transport, storage and preparation of food and beverage for suppliers and airlines alike?


We will be taking a deep-dive into this mass-shift by consumers toward a more sustainable, ethical lifestyle fueled by the availability of new plant-based products and materials, and see how it is manifesting itself onboard and in the supply-chain.

Reminder: Renew Your IFSA Membership Today!

This is a reminder that it is time to renew your IFSA member dues! All 2018 IFSA memberships will expire on 31 December 2018 and will no longer have access to the many benefits that IFSA has to offer. Note: Dues paid after 28 February 2019 will incur a late fee of $100 for all Supplier & Caterer members and $50 for all Airline and Railway members.
