Why IFSA:I was asked by a former boss if I would be interested in the GAEC. He felt it would be a win/win- my education & background along with giving the airline exposure to pertinent issues. My background is in restaurants, food safety and quality assurance with a side of microbiology. I love the opportunity to talk with other professionals having the same “niche” of expertise.
